Important policy: postage costs

Wivvr does not currently add separate postage costs at checkout.

Merchants are expected to absorb postage into their product pricing or fulfilment process. This keeps buyer checkout clean and reduces friction.

For buyers

  • The price you see is the price you pay at checkout.
  • Launch delivery coverage is Great Britain only (England, Scotland and Wales). Northern Ireland is not supported at launch.
  • Shipping timelines and tracking come from the merchant.
  • If you need delivery details, message the seller from your order page.

For merchants

  • Build postage costs into your product pricing.
  • Communicate delivery expectations clearly in product descriptions.
  • Add tracking as soon as you dispatch.
