For buyers
- Checkout requires a verified account.
- Payment is taken at checkout.
- If a checkout fails, retry or contact the merchant for assistance.
For merchants
- Stripe Connect is required to receive payouts.
- New sellers have a 7-day payout hold for the first 30 days after store approval.
- After the new-seller period, standard payout hold is 2 days by default.
- Payouts are paused automatically if there is an open return, issue review, dispute/fraud warning, or admin pause.
- Keep your Stripe account up to date to avoid delays.
