Review standards
Who can leave a review
Reviews are accepted from signed-in customers on delivered orders for products that were in that order.
A customer can submit one review per order and product combination.
What is not allowed
- Fabricated or fake reviews.
- Seller manipulation or suppression attempts.
- Concealed incentivised reviews.
- Attempts to distort ratings or review volume.
- Reviews unrelated to a genuine product experience.
Removal and moderation flow
Merchants can submit review removal requests with reasons. Admin reviewers decide approvals or rejections.
Approved removals are recorded with moderation notes for auditability.
